| Bio: | Sarah Milica was born in Meklane in the Crown Year 851. The eldest daughter of Iames Milica, she attended the National Academy before beginning her career as a diplomat to the Chinese Empire. After serving her four-year tenure, she returned and entered the local politcal arena. She participated in the Battle of Fairfax and inherited the newly reforged throne from her distant cousin Andrius when he disappeared. She was crowned Empress of the Dominion in 883.
She is a progressive ruler, focused on internal development rather than outward expansion.
